Steve stood for down as manager through work commitments in 02/03 but stayed on as a committee member. Steve as been our most successful manager to date taking the team to three succesive league titles and winning the League Cup in 1999/2000 we have also been beaten finalists in 3 county cup competitions over the 7 years Steve was manager. We have played in 11 semi-finals winning 6 and losing 5 of them .Steve joined the club in 1980 and has played 309 games Steve was happy playing in any position as long it was on the right and eventually he made the right-back position his for a good number of years. At the 07/08 A G M Steve was pointed to be a Life Member to Loughborough Falcons for his outstanding service to the club
